Some I know of: * A friend of mine went to feed elephants at a santuary; nowadays she throws a bash for children at orphanages * I spent my 21st at the Royal Melbourne Show, culminating in a ride in a scary upside down twister thing * A nature-loving friend brought us out for a hike, followed by a home-made Japanese dinner * I did an art jam for my 23rd; I greatly loved the joint canvas everyone collaborated on! * Burlesque parties are becoming more popular - or how about improv or other forms of entertainment? * BATTY BOAT CRUISE! If they did this in September I'm so doing this for my 24th.
